How it works

All jobs booked produce a Job Card from which you can book visits, log visits, add notes, TXT or Email your customers and add parts to any repair.

  • SERVICEmate makes it as easy as counting 123 to book a job. Using the simple 'Book A Job' Page, you simply fill in the boxes, choose the address from the automatic Postcode Finder, add a fault and you're done! All jobs booked produce a Job Card from which you can book visits, log visits, add notes, TXT or Email your customers and add parts to any repair. The Job Card has a Signature box to capture signatures via your mobile device while on site and you can even take and upload photos all there n' then and everything is updated 'Real-Time' so what you see on site, your office staff can see from their desk!

  • All Jobs are located in the 'Dispatch Board'. Job categories are listed clearly so at the glance of an eye, you can see all jobs that are waiting for schedule, contact, parts or payment for instance. Dispatch Board also contains a diary that again, at the glance of the eye, you can see how many jobs are booked in for the days ahead. Doing the job is all well and good if you get paid for it! Keep track of all paid & unpaid Invoices in the 'Invoicing' Section of SERVICEmate. At just a glance, you can see who owes what within a few seconds. A must for any Engineer!

  • On the day of the visits, any Engineer can list their jobs and press a button to display all jobs in the 'Map-It' screen. From there, all jobs can be routed. Going one step further, if you are using a mobile device on the road, you can press a 'Navigate' Button and your device will direct you to the door! If you don't use a mobile device such as iPad or iPhone, don't worry, you can print your job sheets and away you go! When on site, you would use the Job Card to input all product details and any insurance details if needed. You can log the visit, add parts, rebook, upload signatures, take & upload photos all in 'Real-Time'. This saves massively on 'Admin' that needs to be done after work as everything should be updated on site.

  • See all your stock in one place! Add, edit & remove stock from within your 'Stock Control' section of SERVICEmate. We've taken it even further… You can input a spare part number to see if other users have what you're looking for in stock & also have your stock searchable by other users so you can offload any old age stock. Note: Users cannot see what you have in stock. You simply display in a results list if you have the item in stock, great if you have aged stock! Trade Account Admin allows you to input any company that you do work for on a regular basis. This means you can book a repair to a customer but change the 'Invoice To' option. Very good for those doing volumes of Warranty repairs!

On Job Administration

  • Use your mobile device to update your jobs in real-time.

  • Upload images to the job, again in real-time and at the click of a button.

  • Email Invoices / Quotes from the job before you've even left site!

Invoicing

Doing the job is all well and good if you get paid for it! Keep track of all paid & unpaid Invoices in the 'Invoicing' Section of SERVICEmate. At just a glance, you can see who owes what within a few seconds. A must for any Engineer!
